A family from the Township of Washington, NJ, came to us with a vision to transform their backyard into a breezy, coastal chic pool paradise. CEO Chris Argenziano and his team of luxury pool builders knew exactly what was needed for this pool installation: “The Opulence,” an elegant inground swimming pool, would offer the modern-classic resort vibes they craved—without leaving the comfort of home. Once plans were approved, their Hamptons-style pool was set in motion!
The NJ pool builders surveyed the mid-sized Bergen County property to design an inground pool that would maximize the space and set the tone for relaxation, entertainment, and luxury outdoor living.

Surrounded by trees, lush grass, and checkerboard paving stones, the long, rectangular poolscape offers the elegance of a high-end resort, with the exclusivity of a private swimming pool. Equipped with a built-in pool sundeck, it provides space for two to stretch out under the sun, toes dipped in cool, shallow water. Others can walk down the wide, regal steps to take a leisurely wade—or plunge into the pool’s sparkling waters that are refreshing by day or night.
Reflecting the homeowners’ vision, the pool builders designated separate areas for lounging and mingling between the inground pool and the surrounding entertainment spaces. Just steps away, a gas fire pit invites cozy evenings by the flames, extending the backyard’s appeal well beyond daylight hours. Just beyond, you can enjoy a cool beverage or a favorite novel in the breezy summer canopy, in style.
